Week 3

Yay * High Five * YA!
I've lost weight.

For last week, I dont know if I gained as much as the paper said or if it was a misprint because there
was a couple things wrong on my record sheet, and I dont know what was wrong
because I wasnt looking at my weight. Now I will always look at my weight.

Anyway I've lost! And this is the only way that I will be proud to say I've lost :)

Also at work, there is a clinic coming to measure the fitness level of people that have
signed up for it. I signed up. Then they will be back in 6 months to measure again.
Yay for motivation
Also, (lol) at work, they started a fit in 5 club. Everyone puts in $25, measures up. Then
the person with the most % lost at the end of June wins the pot. With 13 or so ppl signed up
that makes for some good motivation again! Im gonna win that money *winks.

My secrete this week - celery - lol - and 95% fat free whip cream, with angel food cake.
Oh and for breakfast, a satisfying peice of toast, little margrine, hard boiled egg with the yoke
taken out, and 1/2 slice of fat free cheese all together like a sandwich with a side of fruit. Mmmm

This week goal: more activity - at least 3 times during the week!
