I dont even want to Blog for this week... it was a failure
I gained all the weight back plus more I think.
All that counting and being concious of what I eat for nothing
because in the end I didnt even achieve anything. I might as well
have eaten whatever I wanted and enjoyed it.
I noticed that I had a harder time with points because I wasnt
always eating at home so I wasnt exactly sure what points I
was consuming ... so goal - cook more at home like I did the week
before!
Oh well... Next week can only get better.. starting all over again.
don't be too bummed out, just count it as a learning experience!
