I had fun this week! I played with food. I frolicked through my new cook book "Healthy In A Hurry", and catered to friends and family while making healthy meals that made my point tracking easy! I worked out a couple times in the last week, but could have worked out more. That will improve now that I plan on participating in morning classes at the YMCA. Today I burnt myself out though, no more morning work outs because I want to belly dance in the evening. Today consisted of a morning group class that killed my thighs, an after school game of squash with my sister (not much rallying yet we are new), then my WW meeting, then I was supposed to go to the dance class but I am exhausted!
This week I came up with a little phrase for myself or goal, call it what you will. "No food will go into my mouth unless it is the best, it better be worth it!"
And I know you are all dying to find out *drum roll*
I am down 4 lbs in my first week. Success.
I even had treats, this isnt a diet, its a way of life and monitoring what I put into my mouth. If I have the points and feel the need for McD's I will because if I deprive myself I will crash. Tonight I had some, and recorded it faithfully. I did feel guilty but I know that its recorded in my points and thats what matters.
I look forward to the next week of playing with food and challenging myself.
