Weigh in Day

Ugh... So I did my 5km run this morning then weighed myself.
Lets just say I weighed a lil more than I thought I did. I'm going to tell myself that it's
because muscle weighs more than fat and I've been a very active girl.. so it's ok!
My goal is still to lose 30 lbs.
Then I biked to work, - I should see how far that is. I know it takes me about 20-25 mins to get there.
Then I did my noon hour boot camp.
Followed by the bike ride home.

Food? Today... Failure.
I started off good! but when I went to the grocery store to get bread and some fruit to snack on my son asked for donuts and I bought a pack for the others working too. I had just a lil nip off the end of one just to taste. That was good, so good that I needed just a little more of a bite.. mmhmmm until just a little bit more the whole donut was GONE! OMG there was still more in the box. Quickly I turned to a banana and devoured it, followed by some sweet cherries. PHEW! The urge to gobble the box of donuts was gone. ;)

Lunch was good and on schedule, I ate a little less than permitted from my diet to give room for the oops this morning and oops to come...

I knew I was going to a movie today with my son for one of his friends bday parties. Popcorn is my ulimate favorite snack.. I wouldnt hold back... BUT I did.. kinda.. lol I didnt get the usual large bag, just a regular. I also didnt have butter added to it... That's gotta count right even though I devoured the whole bag!

Now, Im pissed with my son and pissed at my boyfriend soo I shall indulge in a small glass of wine and that will end my evening. I hope.. I am planning not to eat anything else tonight.

I should also inform you all that we own a pizza place. One of my favorite foods to eat at my leisure! That's where I am working during the day. Working around pizza and not touching a piece.. a triumph all on its own.
