Alrighty!
Here is my attempt to lose weight 101 lol
I've tried this numerous times. Now I shall get myself a band of followers to read my efforts and success which should hopefully help me reach my goal of losing 30 lbs!
Tomorrow morning I will weigh myself after my run.
I have been running 5km 3 times a week. I do a noon hour boot camp that kicks my @$$ !!
I also just recently started biking to work and to the work out class then back home.
I also do a pole dancing class once a week. Which I am extending into my own house because it's super fun and a great work out! Next week I will most likely be starting belly dance again. (I've danced off and on for 5 years now, this last year being my longest time away from it *boohoo* )
Now.... to change my eating habbits the worst of it all because oh how I love food!
