Update

I think it has been about 3 weeks since my last post.

I am down 7 lbs in total. Ive fallen off and gotten back on the wagon a couple times since my last post.
I blame it on my weekends out with the girls. Its the sauce's fault! I could lose 4 lbs during the week
then go out for one night and POOF there was them 4lbs right back where I started.

But HEY that's life and its not like this is a short term life change.. its for the rest of my life so why not have some fun, I'll catch up on the weight loss next week.

I've decided though because of all the fun Ive been having that it's time to buckle down and accomplish some weight loss. So I am banning alcohol from my diet for the next 2 months or 15 lbs lost. That should be just in time for my birthday weekend ! :) Im also going to annul bread from my diet, not all things with wheat but just bread and buns etc. Not forever either but just the next 2 months to help things along and see what a difference it will make.
