Week 4

Total loss of 5.2 so far.

I admit this week that I didnt always eat healthy but I did track it honestly and didnt go over my point allowances. I dont have much to log except that Im still on track, slowly but surely losing the weight. I think I need a big goal that Im working towards other than just the weight loss, I donno...

This gets easier every week as I learn the portion sizes and better food choices.
